1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at finloomx.live ("Website") and your participation in any educational program offered by Finloom ("Programs"). By accessing the Website or enrolling in a Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the minor, and confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. Services Offered
Finloom provides financial literacy education programs for individuals and small business owners in Malaysia. Our current program offerings are:
- Youth Financial Literacy Program โ 4 weeks, RM 1,100, for participants aged 17โ25
- Small Business Accounting Basics โ 5 weeks, RM 2,500, for micro and small business owners
- Inflation & Purchasing Power Education โ 3 weeks, RM 1,400, open enrollment
Program details, pricing, schedules, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants in advance.
3. Enrolment
3.1 Eligibility
Enrolment in a Finloom program is open to individuals who meet the program's eligibility requirements as stated in the program description. The Youth Financial Literacy Program is intended for participants aged 17โ25. Other programs do not have age restrictions unless stated.
3.2 Enrolment confirmation
Your enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Finloom. Submitting an enquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a binding enrolment.
3.3 Class sizes
Finloom maintains small group sizes to support quality learning. We reserve the right to limit enrolment numbers. If a program is fully subscribed, we will notify you and offer placement on a waiting list or in a future cohort.
4. Payment
Program fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of each program, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your enrolment interest.
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Finloom reserves the right to adjust pricing for future cohorts; enrolled participants will not be subject to mid-program price changes.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by participant
- More than 14 days before program start: Full refund, less a RM 100 administrative fee
- 7โ14 days before program start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before program start: No refund; however, you may transfer your place to another eligible individual
- After program commencement: No refund for partial attendance

5.2 Cancellation by Finloom
In the unlikely event that Finloom must cancel a program before it commences, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred as a result of such cancellation.
6. Participant Conduct
Finloom is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. All participants are expected to:
- Treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect
- Attend sessions punctually and engage in good faith
- Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent from Finloom
- Not share session materials, handouts, or templates with non-participants for commercial use
Finloom reserves the right to remove a participant from a program for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of Finloom or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Program materials, handouts, and templates provided to enrolled participants are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial training purposes.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Finloom's programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice. Nothing communicated during our programs, on our website, or in our materials should be interpreted as personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making any significant financial decisions.
The information provided in our programs reflects general financial education principles and Malaysian context. Individual financial circumstances vary, and outcomes depend on a participant's own choices and actions following the program.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Finloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our Website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of income, financial decisions made based on educational content, or inability to attend sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
Our total liability to you in connection with any program shall not exceed the fee paid for that program.
