Questions & Answers

Things people often ask

Who are these programs designed for?
Finloom programs are built for Malaysians at different life stages — young adults entering the workforce, micro or small business owners, and anyone who wants to better understand how economic factors like inflation affect their financial decisions. You do not need a prior finance background to attend.
How are sessions conducted?
Programs run as small group sessions — either in-person at our Kuala Lumpur centre or via scheduled online classes. The Youth program runs on weekends, the Small Business program includes evening slots to suit business owners, and the Inflation program uses flexible discussion-based timing. Contact us to confirm current scheduling.
What does the program fee include?
All fees include access to the full program curriculum, session materials, take-home reference resources, and a completion acknowledgement letter. The Youth program also includes a financial starter toolkit. The Small Business program includes bilingual support materials and guided software exercises.
Can I join more than one program?
Yes, and many participants find that combining programs builds a fuller picture. For instance, completing the Youth Financial Literacy Program and later joining Small Business Accounting Basics works well as your situation evolves. We can suggest a suitable sequence based on your current priorities when you get in touch.
Is there a refund or deferral policy?
We understand that circumstances change. Deferrals to the next available intake are available if requested at least five working days before the program start date. Refund eligibility depends on notice given. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation — we aim to handle these requests with flexibility.
How do I protect my personal information when enrolling?
Finloom collects only the information required for program enrolment and contact purposes. Your details are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full information, please review our Privacy Policy.
